the dead-tossed waves

The book I read was the dead-tossed waves by Carrie ryan. This book is the second in a series. This book is all about the world after the return,which is when most of the people in the world get turned into zombies. Most of the book takes place in a small town near the ocean called vista. The story tells about a girl who lives in this town and all that she goes through.one of the major conflicts in the book is that after the main character escapes the town to go and find one of her friends that were infected by being bitten by a zombie which they call "mudo". the part I liked most about this book is that some people in the book actually care weather any other people are even out there alive. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes stories about zombies.

One thing that is different is that we don't call pants without pockets breaches.another thing that is different is that we don't call baggy pants slops.

if i would not have had ssr in class this year then i probably would not have read any books. I usually never read outside of class unless it is for english class. i did not read outside of school at all in middle school.one of the benefits of reading outside of school is that if you read you will end up watching less tv. one of the down sides of reading in class is that if we read then we will have less time to learn about things in class.

academically I am doing much better then I was doing in middle school. in middle school I was a straight d student with some f,s and one a. now that I am in high school i'm on the honor roll. But over all i think high school is a lot better then middle school because now i have better grades, more friends and all my teachers are really nice to me. some of the things are the same though, like i still have never got a detention before or a suspension. but there is one bad thing, i have not only made more friends but i have also made more enemies.

about my blog

at first I had just blogged because I had to for english,but now I am starting to think that blogging is kind of fun and it is even more exciting to know that people all around the world will see my blog. I am also starting to realize that the more I blog the better at writing I get. Some of the things I have blogged about are things that I might not have blogged about if I did not have to.I am actually starting to think about blogging outside of class. One of my major goals is to get tons of hits so that i know that what i am writing might actually effect someone somewhere else.

Shooting in Arizona

On a Saturday there was a shooting in Tucson,Arizona. The shooter was a man named Jared Lee Loughner. Six people where killed and thirteen people where wounded. Some people think that his lawyer is going to say that the reason he shot those people is because he is insane so that he is spared the death penalty. They also think his lawyer is going to try to get the trial moved out of Arizona because she thinks that the Arizona judges will unfairly judge him because one of the people shot was a judge.

I believe that the shooter should get the death penalty because if you kill and injure that many people then you deserve the death penalty. I also believe that he deserves the death penalty because I think that he actually planned the shooting which means that he is not insane. Another reason that I think he should get the death penalty is that he shot a judge. One more reason is that even if he is insane eventually if he gets out of the mental hospital then he might shoot even more people.It might also save money because they will not have to feed him if he gets the death penalty.

I read the book feed which was written by M.T. anderson.In my opinion this is a very good book that i would recommend it to anyone.It is a sort of futuristic book where there is this thing called the feed that
is a computer chip in your brain that lets you go online and send messages but it also controls all your nerves.
In the book there are 5 friends that go to the moon for summer vacation and one of them meets a girl there and after a hacker hacks them they are brought to a hospital and after they are released they head back to earth but they find out that the girl they met had a damaged feed because of the hack and she might die.If you want to find out what happens next then you should read the book.
